The JV Boys Basketball team defeated Pawling and Pine Plainse to capture the Bomber Booster Holdiay Classic held in Pine Plains.
Rhinebeck opened the tournament with a victory over Pawling. The game was competitive early, with the Hawks holding a slim 22–17 lead at the half. Rhinebeck came out out he lockerroom and dominated the third quarter 21–0 to put the game away and secure their first win of the tournament.
The offense was led by Miles Stylman (13 points), John Haight (10 points), and Theo Stylman (9 points).
In the championship game against the host Bombers, the Hawks set the tone early, jumping out to a commanding 25–12 lead after the first quarter. From there, Rhinebeck never looked back, controlling the pace of the game and showcasing a fantastic defensive effort to seal the tournament title.
Miles Stylman led all Rhinebeck scorers with 16 points with Oscar Clark adding 14 points and Theo Stylman 12 points.
Miles Stylman and Oscar Clark were named to the All-Tournament Team with Miles being named the Tournament MVP.
