Varsity Boys Swimming Open 2025-2026 Season

The Rhinebeck Varsity Boys Swim team opened the 2025-2026 season on the road against Washingtonville.  The Hawks fell to the Wizards 103 to 56 but had several standout individual and relay performances.

Joseph Pociask led the way for Rhinebeck scoring 8 points, delivering two strong runner-up finishes. He placed 2nd in the 50 Free (24.68), securing a Section Championship qualifying time, and added another 2nd place in the 100 Breast (1:13.73), meeting the Section IX B cut.

Additional Individual Highlights

  • Jackson Morton scored 6 points with a solid swim in the 100 Free, finishing 2nd (1:08.38).
  • Caiden Berryann contributed 7 points, taking 3rd in the 200 IM (2:50.82) and 2nd in the 500 Free (6:29.35).
  • JJ Robinson added 6 points, placing 3rd in the 200 Free (2:27.19) and 3rd in the 100 Fly (1:20.59).

Rhinebeck ‘s swimmers performed well in the relays, capturing 2nd and 3rd place in the 200 Medley Relay with times of 2:07.09 and 2:47.75. The team also earned a 2nd place finish in the 200 Free Relay (1:55.44).

The Hawks look to build on their successful start when they travel to Minisink Valley on Monday, December 8th for a 4:30 PM meet.
