The Rhinebeck Hawks had a dominant shutout win against Our Lady of Lourdes with a final score of 33-0

On defense, Jillian Hanna led the team with 10 flag pulls, Melkitu dentico close behind with 6 flag pulls and 2 deflections. Addison Fountain (5 flag pulls, 1 deflection), Amanda O’Han (4 flag pulls, 1 deflection), and Ella Donnelly (3 flag pulls, 1 deflection) held down the Hawk’s impressively strong defense. Lexi Torres added 3 pass deflections, Paige Boehm added 2 flag pulls and 2 deflections and Madison Ranalli had the teams only interception taking the ball 5 yards. Danielle Rocco and Fransisca Dickens rounded out the teams defensive efforts with 1 flag pull each. 

On offense, Quarterback Gwen Dampf threw 4 touchdown passes and ran in the teams 3 extra points. Molly Leary opened the scoring by taking a 30 yard pass from Dampf into the endzone.  Amanda O’Han had 2 impressive touchdowns – one from a 35 yard pass from Dampf and another on a 10 yard pass. Torres added to the teams offensive scoring by taking an 8 yard pass into the endzone. 

On the punt return team, Ella Romeo caught a punt, taking the ball 5 yards to Torres. Torres took the ball 45 yards into the endzone for a Hawks touchdown. 

The Hawks relentless effort on both offense and defense secured them another win!
