The Varsity Boys Swim Team fell to Pine Bush by a score of 80–72 in a dual meet on Monday, January 12th.
The Hawks were led by Joseph Pociask, who finished with 10 points, tying three Pine Bush swimmers for high point honors for the meet. Pociask finished in 1st-place in the 100 freestyle (55.51) and a 2nd-place in the 50 freestyle (25.26).
Ray Eckert placed 3rd in the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:02.44.
Two Rhinebeck swimmers recorded personal best times in the 100 breaststroke at the meet. Jackson Morton posted a new best of 1:18.52, while Sean Murray set a personal record with a time of 1:31.27.
The Hawks next meet is on Wednesday, January 14th when they travel to Valley Central to take on the Vikings.
