The Varsity Flag Football team had a strong all-around effort against Burke on Wednesday, April 29th, highlighted by standout defensive plays and key scoring moments resulting in a 40-0 victory for the Hawks. Maura Cuyler led the defense with flag pulls, followed closely by Paige Boehm. Addy Gendron had 2 interceptions followed by Mirabelle Eighmy with 2 setting the tone with their intensity and consistency.
Lexi Torres made a huge impact with a pick-six and a touchdown, while Gwen Dampf had 2 and Morgan Donnelly found the end zone to keep the offense rolling. Overall, it was a great team performance with effort and playmaking on both sides of the ball.
