On September 10, the Rhinebeck Varsity Golf team defeated Onteora, 165–184, at the par-35 Woodstock Golf Club.
James Jacox and Damian Haag led the Hawks, both carding five over par (40). Oscar Clark (42) and Nico Dentico (48) rounded out Rhinebeck’s scoring.
“Woodstock was a tough course, but we did what we needed to,” James Jacox said.
The Hawks look to continue their successful season when they take on Pine Plains on Tuesday, September 15.
